NDA Policy
How AKI Expert protects confidential information exchanged through the Platform.
Confidential project information — including technical reports, financial models, permits, geological data and ownership structures — is not publicly displayed. Access is granted only to users who complete the following NDA and verification workflow.
1. Register & complete KYC
Provide full identity, business and role information. Verify your email address and, where applicable, upload company documentation.
2. Electronically sign the NDA
Review and accept the applicable Non-Disclosure Agreement covering confidentiality, permitted use and return/destruction of information.
3. Administrator approval
AKI reviews the request. Approval may require additional verification, sanctions screening or project-owner consent.
4. Controlled access
Approved users receive time-limited, watermarked, view-only access to the relevant folders in the Virtual Data Room.
Confidentiality obligations
- Confidential Information must be used solely for the permitted evaluation purpose.
- Copying, redistribution, reverse engineering and derivative works are prohibited.
- Access may be time-limited, revocable and subject to audit logging and watermarking.
- Return or destruction of Confidential Information is required on request or on expiry.
- Breach may result in immediate access revocation and legal action.
