How is confidential information protected?
Sensitive project material — permits, technical reports, financial models — is only accessible from the Virtual Data Room after registration, KYC, electronic NDA signature and administrator approval. Access is watermarked, logged and revocable.
What information do I need to provide to become a verified investor?
Full name, company, position, country, business email, phone, LinkedIn profile, company website and purpose of request. Depending on the opportunity, additional KYC documents such as ID, certificate of incorporation and proof of funds may be requested.
Does AKI guarantee funding for my project?
No. AKI provides introductions and facilitates the process, but does not guarantee that any project will attract capital or that any transaction will complete.
